The flat bench pad is 90mm thick, comprising 6 layers: breathable PU leather cover, memory sponge, highly elastic EPE foam, high-density wooden board, non-woven fabric wrapping, and thickened steel pipes. This design provides exceptional comfort and durability.

The frame structure is built with an integrated, fully supported steel tube circle and "H" type 2mm thickened support steel tubes. This ensures greater supportability and stability for the PASYOU standard weight bench.

Adjustable foot pads allow the bench to remain level and stable on various surfaces. The entire frame is made of 1.5mm high-quality, thickened steel, with 2mm thickened steel tubes for back support.
